On this weeks Boho Pins I am looking at destination weddings. Now as you may know I am a big fan of destination weddings, having held a Destination Wedding wedding myself. In 2009 I got married in Ibiza, after planning our original wedding in Cornwall. However it came apparent half way through the wedding planning that we had ended up planning a generic wedding that either of us really wanted. Fast forward another year and our wedding happened in Ibiza, in the sunshine and was much more ‘us’! So why choose a destination wedding? Well I’m hoping these photos will give you a big clue! The location is key, whether it be the beach, the mountains, a desert, a vineyard, or a chateau, there are so many amazing opportunities when you decide to host your wedding abroad. As for the weather……where do I start! Who doesn’t want guaranteed sunshine on your wedding day! So why not let your wedding span out longer and host a destination wedding, letting your guests enjoy a long weekend or even a week instead of just a day.
