Happy Friday everyone! I hope you are all well and happy and have had a good week! Are you ready for the weekend? I am ready for some sunshine, I don’t know about you!! This weekend it’s all about birthday parties at Boho HQ! Dexter is going to his mates roller disco 9th birthday party and then we are all of to one of my best friends birthday parties. It is meant to be a garden party, but the weather is not looking kind at all, so I think we may all be hiding under a gazebo! Luckily I am bringing some much needed sunshine to you with today’s destination wedding. Angela and Chatay were married on 7th March in Tulum Mexico. They held a super personal, spiritual wedding, with their own shaman. The ceremony and reception all take place on the beach, with a bare foot dress code for their guests. They all laughed, cried and partied into the early hours, celebrating their love in true free spirited style. Big thanks to Quetzal Wedding Photo for the awesome photos.

Happy Wednesday everyone and well done for getting to the middle of he week, only a few more days till the weekend! If you are juggling work and child care over the summer holidays or planning your wedding for the oncoming weeks, can we all do a little sun dance and chase all this blooming rain away! If you are planning an outdoor wedding anywhere in the UK then I feel your pain, I’m sure things will brighten up soon! Somewhere it isn’t raining is Kentucky, where todays gorgeous wedding takes place. Daniel and Leslee opted for an outdoor ceremony with a classic theme mixed with a Boho twist. They went for soft neutrals of creams and browns and the results are gorgeous. Thanks to Katie Micha Photography for the lovely photos.

Daniel and Leslee were married on 24th June 2023 at Hemlock Springs, Red River Gorge in Kentucky. ‘We wanted an outdoor/barn type of wedding and Hemlock Springs stole our hearts. The ceremony was outside, and the reception was inside the barn area, so it was perfect for us. It is a breath-taking place and pictures truly don’t do it justice! We had 100 guests and it took 6 months to plan.’

5 Tips for Picking a Wristwatch for Your Wedding

1. Consider how formal your wedding will be.
If you’re wedding is a black-tie event, you’ll choose a much different watch than if you’re getting married at Burning Man. The more formal your wedding is, the dressier your watch should be. In that case, something with a stainless steel or high-quality leather band is probably best. If your wedding is more relaxed, you can opt for something equally informal like a nice field watch.

2. Make sure your watch matches your outfit.
This seems obvious, but it’s important to mention. If you’re wearing all black, don’t go with a brown watch! Consider matching (black on black) or complementary (gold watch with black suit) colours. Another potential way to decide on the colour watch you’ll wear is to see if there are any colours your partner is wearing that would translate to an appropriate look for your watch. There are many ways to decide on the colour watch you should wear, just don’t forget to consider it.

I just LOVE today’s styled shoot!!! What an absolute treat I have for you!! The shoot took place on 2nd June 2022 in Kansas City and it is just so bright, fun, lively and full of personality. I love the use of colour, of glitterballs, the flowers, the balloons, it’s all amazing! I would just love to attend a wedding this full of life and colour, the pink neon, the abundance of decoration, and as for the gorgeous couple, STUNNING!!! Happy Friday everyone! I hope you are all well and happy and have had a good week so far. If you are tackling the school holidays at the moment how has your first week been? I am out with friends today, taking the kids out on a bike ride, hoping the weather is kind to us! To finish off the week I have this super stylish Tropical Wedding from San Diego to share with you. Ashley and William were married on 15th July 2022 at Oceanside, California. It is such a gorgeous day, the decor is modern but with a tropical twist, gorgeous detailing and beautiful styling. The most amazing thing about this wedding though is Ashley’s baby bump, how adorable to have your baby at the wedding with you in such a memorable way.
