Hello everyone! well I’m back from my 5 day trip to Cornwall and I feel all re charged and ready to go……I am also full of cream teas, pasties and sea food, so this week I am going to need to eat some salad to compensate! What a great way to start the week than with a Bank Holiday! What are you all up to? Well first of all you need to check out this fabulous Canadian wedding, with this rather hot couple!
It’s the wedding of Kacey and Mike who were married on 7th July at Adam Ranch in Northan Alberta, Canada and has been sent into me by Tara funk at Randome Eyesight Studio . It’s a fabulous wedding in a beautifully natural setting, the reception area mirrors this fact as it’s kept simple with some lovely rustic and vintage details. There is so much DIY going on as well, which adds to the personal and simple nature fo the day…..I love it
Tara tells us a bit more about the wedding………..
‘This was a wedding in Northern Alberta, the wedding location was on a cliff where the bride grew up. It was a simple wedding yet was very classy. I think it is a good example of how to do a beautiful event without breaking the bank.
All the wedding details were done by the family. The vases were hand painted on the inside to the wedding colours. The tablecloths and lace runners were all hand sewn. The lace (runners and accents on jars) were all found from second hand stores. The bouquets were created by the mother of the bride. The logs for the ceremony were hauled in and brought in by the bride and her father.’
