Happy Friday everyone! To finish off the week in style I have the most gorgeous styled shoot to share with you. As we are now shifting seasons and moving into Autumn I thought it would be the perfect time to share with you this autumnal shoot, filled with the most stunning flowers and some pretty cosy decoration. Amy from Flutter Florals, the founder and florist on the shoot, says: ‘Overall, I feel Autumn inspiration is overlooked for weddings, and I wanted to draw attention to my favourite season, and I couldn’t find anything similar being done or anything to showcase my work in this way, so I thought why not create it. I have made so many lovely friends and connections whilst flowering weddings and I wanted to bring together some of my favourite people to create something beautiful.’ I just love how this shoot has turned out, rich in colours, heavy on detail and such a high standard of wedding suppliers who are involved. The shoot took place on 8th October 2025 at Flutter Florals Flower Farm in Wiltshire on the outskirts of the Cotswolds.
Overall, I feel Autumn inspiration is overlooked for weddings, and I wanted to draw attention to my favourite season, and I couldn’t find anything similar being done or anything to showcase my work in this way, so I thought why not create it. I have made so many lovely friends and connections whilst flowering weddings and I wanted to bring together some of my favourite people to create something beautiful.
The Inspiration came from cosy autumnal days with changing foliage and the turning of the season into autumn where you still get sunny days but gorgeous crisp mornings and cold nights. I wanted to create a cosy, opulent, intimate wedding look which could be recreated on your own land or if you were stripping your wedding down to what mattered most. Relaxed but elevated for those who love the season. As always my inspiration comes from colour and what better inspiration than Autumn itself. The gorgeous leaves, the rich coloured berries and jewel tone flowers we grow on our flower farm. Also a little bit of the wedding I wish I had planned.
I wanted to get together a woman focused shoot of my favourite people I have met and create something we could use as inspiration for others. I wanted to show an autumnal wedding and an alternative way to do that that others may not have thought of. Ultimately, I think it was creating inspiration and opening the mind to what can be achieved and the wonderful suppliers that can help you do it. I loved the outcome and I hope others do as well and if just one person uses the images as inspiration or a starting point for their wedding then I will be very happy.
