Aurielle and Keola's Ethereal Forest Wedding in Big Sur, California by The DeLauras

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend? What did you get up to? Dexter is going on his first school residential today, so we spent a lot of the weekend getting him ready for that! He is super excited! I also spent a bit of time getting ready for Christmas by having a BIG clear out of his toys, so I am feeling de cluttered now and ready to start Christmas shopping! But before we can start thinking abut Christmas I have the first of this weeks glorious weddings to share with you. Aurielle and Keola were married on 12th September at Waterfall Lodge in Big Sur, California. They held a fairy-tale day outside in the Redwood forest. A beautiful outdoor ceremony, followed by a stunning outdoor reception, which was truly magnificent. The whole day is a real rustic chic delight, Kendal from The DeLauras was there to capture the day for us.

Nestled in the lush Redwood forest of the Santa Cruz mountains, Aurielle and Keola’s Waterfall Lodge wedding felt like a fairy-tale. With lush foliage, twinkling lights, and a cozy, hide-away feeling, this event truly felt magical from start to finish. Designed by Danzante Events, the decor perfectly captured the ethereal, fairy garden feeling that Aurielle dreamed of. This beautiful couple cherishes time together in nature, and they wanted their wedding day to celebrate that while also providing a comfortable, luxurious experience for their guests. We think Waterfall Lodge hit it out of the park!
