Today’s styed shoot is all about celebrating outdoor weddings and the wonderful English countryside. The shoot took place on 29th September 2021 at an Orchard in Munsley, Herefordshire. The creators of the shoot, photographer Veronica and planner Amelia really used the orchards backdrop to their advantage, taking inspiration from their surroundings for the basis of the shoot. With burnt oranges, terracotta décor and the most amazing cake and flowers, this shoot brings an autumn theme to life in the September sunshine. If you are hosting an outdoor autumn wedding then look no further for some first class inspiration.
Veronica the photographer wanted to create a boho inspired outdoor shoot. So we discussed some ideas and found the perfect venue which was the ideal setting. We then used inspiration from the venue as you can see from the use of the stunning willow tree for the ceremony to the outdoor table nestled amongst the gorgeous Orchard.
Amelia the planner loves burnt orange it’s such a vibrant colour, and it seemed like the perfect colour for an autumnal shoot. Amelia took inspiration from the apple orchard and tied in the colours of the gorgeous red tones from the apples. She also wanted to add a bit of contrast to make the table decor stand out and added a hint of blue which can be seen throughout.
We wanted to create lots of natural outdoor inspiration for any couple planning their wedding. From the gorgeous place names on broken bits of terracotta vases, to the stunning dried flowers and using the Orchard as the perfect setting for an outdoor meal. We wanted to showcase the natural beauty of the venue and utilise the outside space as much as possible and we definitely accomplished this.
