‘Bringing the Outdoors in’ A Neutral Boho Palette For a Boho Inspired Wedding

I have a gorgeous styled shoot to share with you today which has been sent into me by the lovely ladies at Miss Carlysle and Co. The shoot took place on 25th of October 2021 at The Barn at Spring Farm near Cambridge and is a celebration of a romantic Boho theme, showing that weddings can be as gorgeous inside as they are outside. The collection of suppliers wanted to create an accessible Boho look that could be used in any upcoming wedding. With neutral tones of cream, beige and brown this shoot is soft, romantic and full of Boho charm.

Bringing the outdoors in – when I imagine ‘boho’, I straight away think of the great outdoors, we wanted to showcase how you can have a boho inspiration inside a barn.

Beth & Amy from Miss Carlysle and Co are Wedding Planners and Stylists based in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire, they worked closely together on this boho inspiration shoot, with the growing love for more of a relaxed style wedding they knew this was the perfect inspiration. Amy came up with the inspiration of a boho inspiration but wanted to show how this can be adapted with ‘pretty features’. Using lots of pampas / dried flowers by Saras Events Flowers. A boho inspiration shoot is an upcoming trend which we think will be a 2022 trend.
Amy from Miss Carlysle and Co planned & co-ordinated the shoot alongside help from Lorna Marie Events, Amy’s inspiration came from the love of a boho, neutral palette with lots of pampas to compliment.

For the ceremony, we wanted to add a romantic feel to the shoot by adding glass cylinders and pillar candles, they set the ambience for the day. We scattered a whole range of different sized glass cylinders under the arch, the pillar candles were the only source of light in the room adding to the atmosphere. We added our new chair drapes onto the limewash chiavari chairs, they add that extra bit of colour back into the room without taking over.
