Yannah and Leon’s Fairy Tale Forest Wedding in a Druid Eco Village by Rich Paul Weddings

Happy Friday everyone, and how are you all today? I am so happy it’s Friday and super excited for the weekend, what about you? We are off to Matlock tomorrow to visit my very good friend Sarah and her family, then Sunday we have Nik’s family coming over for dinner, so it should be a fun filled weekend. Today I have something rather special to share with you . It’s the wedding of Leon and Yannah who were married on 25th July 2019 at  Cae Mabon an Eco-Retreat Centre at the foot of Snowdon in Wales. This beautiful couple chose this fairy tale eco venue for its mystical qualities and eco friendly values. They wanted a venue that took them back to nature and allowed them to have the druid ceremony they wished for. The whole day is super chilled, full of love and emotion and is a reflection of these two beautiful souls. Big thanks to Rich Paul Weddings for the lovely images.

Rich tells us more about the day

“Settled across the river from Mount Snowdon, Cae Mabon made for the perfect setting to Leon and Yannah’s wedding.
This secluded forest in Wales is definitely one of the most unique, intimate and beautiful wedding venues I’ve ever witnessed.
The path leading to the Celtic roundhouse, the heart of Cae Mabon, makes for the perfect aisle and the seven other dwellings were occupied by family and friends arriving a day or so early.
Leon and Yannah not only exchanged rings but took influence from traditional Druid weddings with a hand fasting. With loved ones being invited up to contribute by wrapping their own piece of rope around the couples clasped hands, a very touching moment.”
