Dana and Patrick’s Outdoor Bohemian Wedding With Disco Balls and a Flash Mob by Sarah Katherine Davis Photography

Today I am taking you to the beautiful area of Santa Barbara in sunny California for today’s exquisite wedding. Dana and Patrick were married on 22nd April at Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History and they couldn’t have picked a more idyllic location. Filled with leafy shaded areas as well as brilliant burst of sunshine, this loved up couple really show their fun-loving personalities in these gorgeous images by Sarah Katherine Davis Photography. The outdoor ceremony is just stunning and that first look is a real tear jerker. As for the evening reception, what fun! The guests surprised the couple with a flash mob and the pictures show what a great job they all did! What a fantastic wedding.

The couple got ready at the groom’s mother’s house tucked in the hills of Santa Barbara overlooking the ocean. The ceremony was held in the oak grove of the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History. The whole day was lovely, the bride’s custom geode neckline added to her BHLDN dress, a string of pearls, flower crown, hand-made lavender spray for all the guests. Their best friends playing music and singing for the most personal ceremony entrance. They wrote their own heartfelt vows, there wasn’t a dry eye there. After their first dance, their friends stormed the dance floor with a flash mob, they had been choreographing and sending the plans across the country for the past few months to create a sweet surprise for the couple. It was AMAZING!
