I love finding new suppliers to work with, and I especially like receiving samples (hint, hint) so when I received a box through the post with an assortment of beautiful stationary I was like a little girl in a cake shop (or a big girl in a cup cake shop)
Made with Love Stationary is the brain child of Clare who describes the stationary as ‘An online boutique, specialising in couture wedding and events stationery & hand crafted greetings cards. A little bit kitsch. A little bit vintage and beautifully personal.’
The stationary speaks for it self, it is beautifully made, individual, luxurious and it certainly is ‘made with love’
Made With Love was born from a love of colour and all things lovely. Set up as a hobby by then-student owner and designer Clare Fletcher in 2005, Made With Love has grown to become an established online boutique. Starting with just £50, Clare designed a quick website with some of her designs to ‘test the water’. A huge order came in that very week, Clare had a light bulb moment (changed her career from Psychology & Neuroscience into a world of loveliness and weddings), & the emails haven’t stopped pinging since. Made With Love wedding stationery has featured in some of the best wedding publications / bridal magazines, have been sent to guests of beautifully unique weddings and are now also for sale at notonthehighstreet.com.
Clare says about her work:
I have been a designer for over 7 years and I ABSOLUTELY love it! I have been creating couture stationery for many events from formal ceremonies for over 1000 guests to intimate beach weddings in the Indian Ocean…from luxury birthday celebrations to vintage tea party birthday bashes…the odd footballers wedding added into the mix & a celebrity order here & there… with everything else in between.
Made With Love is my online boutique filled with beautiful designs and I am proud to be able to offer a couture personalisation service to add that special touch to your special day. Our studio is filled to the brim with sparkles, pearls, lace, diamante clusters, roses & loveliness looked on by a rainbow wall filled with ribbons (satins & organza’s) just waiting to be styled into your unique design. And in the mornings, when the sun shines in, the walls are scattered with light shards from the Swarovski crystals. It really is an enchanted place.
2009 saw the launch of our greetings card boutique which has grown into an independent success, the blog – a bit of fun where you will get to see a little bit of personality, and we started selling our wedding stationery on notonthehighstreet.com.
2010 will see some new lines added to the wedding site (bird cages, Thai silk invitation boxes & more). We plan to launch the events stationery website (for parties), a major revamp of the weddings website is currently ongoing, I’m taking on a building project for the build of our larger new office studio & a move, a new member of staff joining the team & lot’s of press attention.
Clare has created each design in the wedding collection to provide you with a couture collection, which are then lovingly hand finished in your unique colours to leave a lasting impression on guests. Your invitations are the first glimpse guests see of your big day & for the longest amount of time. For stationery that leaves a lasting impression & has the wow factor, Made With Love really is something special.
Clare also creates a selection of other wedding related loveliness, Guest Books, Bird cages, table plans, table numbers and names.
As well as the wedding bouyique she also designs Greetings cards, all of which you can buy on line.
I really do love this stationery, it looks expensive but it doesn’t cost the earth, it looks exclusive and it is incredibly well made. The designs are beautiful and each one comes with many different colour options.
An invitation in my opinion really does set the tone for a wedding, and if you receive one of these invitations then you know it’s going to be a good one!

Love the lacey one, but my favourite has to be the Union Jack. Brilliant!
Thanks for the lovely mention Kelly. It’s very kind xx
Um wow!!! I am IN LOVE with all the designs but my favourite has to be the Union Jack design.
Big thumbs up for Clare & Boho Wedding Blog. Well done! Also loving the Union Jack design too.
Nicky, we recently worked on a London bus/union Jack wedding order which was out of this world. They had the full range in the Union Jack. The weddings in November & it’s accompanied by transportation via a hired London Bus and a trip on the London Eye as guests ‘favours’. We literally can’t wait to get some pictures of the day through – it sounds like it’s going to be an amazing day.
I’m a bit emotional today…. urm thank you… What’s wrong with me!! Your blog post has really made me smile & the comments are very sweet xx
