Happy Friday everyone! I hope you have all had a good week and have managed to stay warm during this rather cold spell we are having in the UK, it certainly feels like winter now! And with winter comes Christmas, last weekend I kicked of Christmas at Chatsworth House and this weekend I am doing a spot of Christmas shopping while enjoying a Christmas afternoon tea with my sister in law and niece. Tonight tough I am off to the cinema with Dexter to see the new Wicked film, we are sooooo excited!!! As for weddings though, I have this gorgeous flower filled wedding from Chicago to share with you. Amalia and Victor were married on 20th June 2025 at the Greenhouse Lofts in Chicago. When I first saw this gorgeous wedding I couldn’t get over how pretty the flowers are, so many colours, and so many of them, just stunning! Modern Greenhouse Loft Wedding with Romantic, Non-Traditional Details

Amalia & Victor’s Chicago celebration was the perfect blend of romance, modern style, and non-traditional flair. The day began in an especially meaningful way — Amalia, a hairstylist, did her own hair and makeup while getting ready with her bridesmaids in the comfort of her own salon. From there, the couple leaned fully into making their wedding day a reflection of their story. They even stopped at the California Blue Line station to recreate their very first kiss — a sweet nod to the beginning of their relationship.

The ceremony was intimate, surrounded by close family, friends, and the couple’s four beloved dogs. The lush setting of Greenhouse Loft provided a romantic backdrop, but the vibe was anything but traditional. Instead of tossing a bouquet or garter, Amalia & Victor delighted guests by tossing Labubu plush toys. Their love of retro style came through in the décor and the playful photo booth, while their sweet tooth was satisfied with a churro dessert station. Castle in the Sky, a favorite film for the pair, subtly appeared in small, whimsical details throughout the celebration.

From the matching tattoos to the bold, personal touches, every element of Amalia & Victor’s wedding was a true reflection of who they are — joyful, creative, and unapologetically themselves.
