Tiffanie and Ryan’s Eco-Chic Bohemian Wedding in Costa Rica by Raw Shoots Photography

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you have had a good week so far? Mine has been pretty hectic. Dexter started secondary school this week, which has been emotional. The last two days have been filed with endless emails from school, google forms, new homework logins, WhatsApp groups and an endless list of things to buy! Is anyone else in the same position? It’s all exciting though! Another thing that is exciting is today’s gorgeous wedding. Tiffanie and Ryan were married on 11th November 2024 at Villa Punto de Vista in Costa Rica. the whole day is just stunning from start to finish. From the beautiful ceremony flowers to the reception decoration the table plan and the signage. The warm, natural tones and the mix of fresh and dried flowers is just gorgeous. I love everything about this wedding, big thanks to Raw Shoots Photography for the fabulous photos and to Mil Besos Costa Rica for the amazing planning.

From their passport-style invitations with boarding pass RSVPs to the celestial details woven throughout their wedding day, Tiffanie and Ryan’s wedding was a carefully curated blend of romance, whimsy, and timeless elegance. After nearly 11 years together, this celebration was not just about saying “I do” but about honouring a love story that had already travelled across San Diego sunsets, Florida’s warm beaches, and global adventures.

The morning began with quiet excitement as Tiffanie slipped into her ethereal gown and beautiful veil which was a sheer masterpiece with gold accents, sun and moon embroidery, and delicate celestial details cascading down. Around her, her bridesmaids in soft coloured dresses helped with final touches, their hair styled in elegant half-up, half-down looks, adding to the dreamlike atmosphere.
Meanwhile, Ryan and his groomsmen, dressed in beige suits, shared laughs and sipped beers, ready for the day ahead. You could feel the energy buzzing through out the villa – filled with excitement, emotion, and the undeniable energy of a love that had stood the test of time.

Under a canopy of boho chandeliers and twinkling string lights, Tiffanie and Ryan exchanged vows on the top floor of Punto de Vista. Two towering floral arrangements of dried palms and tropical blooms framed their ceremony space, while a woven boho rug beneath their feet grounded them in the present moment.
The ceremony was infused with nature’s elements and sacred symbolism, beginning with The Ocean’s Blessing:

After the ceremony, guests were welcomed into a bohemian-inspired cocktail hour, complete with a chic lounge, rustic wooden tables, and a neon “Pura Vida” sign glowing softly in the background. Signature cocktails in hand, they toasted to the newlyweds while overlooking the lush jungle and sparkling coastline. The couple headed down to the beach for a moment alone and photos with their toes in the sand.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, the top floor was transformed into an elegant reception space. White linens draped over wooden tables, accented by boho chargers, amber-hued glassware, and white-dipped gold silverware. Candlelight flickered from a mix of glass pillars and votives, casting a warm glow over the setting, creating a truly intimate and inviting atmosphere.
As the evening unfolded, guests danced under string lights, laughed over late-night bites, and celebrated a love story that had been written in the stars long before this night. For Tiffanie and Ryan, this was not just a wedding—it was the culmination of years of adventure, friendship, and an unbreakable bond that would last a lifetime.
