Vivienne Westwood 2012 Bridal Collection

An extra post for you this afternoon, and oh I am spoiling you with these amazing bridal dresses from Vivienne Westwwod. Kat at Rock n Roll Bride featured more of these dresses over on her blog on Saturday with a exclusive first look, so I am following up with a selection of the collection.

Vivienne Westwood will be exhibiting at the The Luxury Wedding Show this weekend, where I can be found along with a few of my other blogging friends, so look out for lots of exclusive pictures from the show in the next week or so.

With references to historical dress and British fashion and culture,Vivienne Westwood is considered a symbol of avant-garde and one of the most influential and recognized designers in the world today. With bespoke bridal and couture dresses, each piece is handcrafted for the individual at the couture flagship store in London.
The collection is romantic yet strong with the colour palette ranging from  white, soft ivories, champagne, dusty pinks, gold, to a sumptuous red. The Westwood bride is an independent woman and this is reflected in the collection.
