Todays wedding is an absolute beauty. A totally homemade affair, where all of Jessica and Blake’s friends and family pulled together to make the wedding day come together as they planned. With an heirloom wedding dress that was literally sewn onto Jessica, mixed with an eclectic mix of decoration, this wedding is full of bohemian charm. This North Carolina Wedding took place on 23rd October 2015 at Appalachian Farm, a beautiful rustic farm venue with an amazing outdoor ceremony. Full of love, laughter and a whole lot of Boho spirit!
This is Jek (short for Jessica) and Blake’s wedding – complete with a hand sewn, with heirloom pieces, wedding dress. The dress was literally sewn on the bride a few minutes before she walked down the aisle. These two have been together for about 7 years and decided to go ahead and tie the knot. They were married at a quaint venue in the Jonathan Creek area of Waynesville called Appalachian Farm. All of the details, from the center pieces to the tepees were hand picked or hand made. Jek and her mother in law grew all of the succulents used on the day. It was such a group effort with family and friends. The amount of love and positive energy that surrounded Jek, Blake, and their son Paxton on the wedding day was palpable. They have such a strong and amazing connection; they’re both super adventurous and wildly in love!
