Happy Saturday everyone and welcome along to another Saturday Cinema! I hope this week has treated you well? I have been relaxing in the Moroccan sunshine since Monday having a totally fabulous time with Nik! It’s been an amazing holiday so far and it has done me the world of good to get away from the office for a week. I’m sure I will share a few holiday snaps with you when I get back!
Enough of my ramblings it’s, time for today’s featured presentation! It’s the wedding of Chris and Emily who were married on 18th May at Hever Castle in Kent. The wedding is shot beautifully by Tom and Rob of Clark and Palmer, the soundtrack, the beautiful addition of the slow motion shots really set the feel and tone of the day. Emily looks totally stunning in her bridal gown and it’s lovely how they embraced the rain! A totally gobsmackingly beautiful wedding!

I asked Rob what his favourite part of the wedding was: ‘The after-party was tremendous! One of the best set piece first dances we have ever seen! The location was beautiful and although there was a touch of rain, it simply added to the epic nature of the ancient location and gave the whole day a really classic, timeless feel.’
Why do you think a couple should hire a film maker for their wedding? ‘ The wedding video at Chris and Emilys was essential due to the pure quality of the first dance! There were so many great planned moments in the day that although they only happened once, it’s great they were captured to watch again and again.’
What do you think makes a good wedding video? ‘So much time and effort goes into every aspect of a wedding it is very important to focus on the details, as well as capturing the more grand moments. The personal touches and interactions need to be there in the film, as we feel these are as important in the long run, as the more outstanding moments of the day.’
