Today’s wedding is fun, cool and effortless. Jessica and Thomas were married on 12th December 2024 at the Living sculpture sanctuary in Florida and they had the wildest, yet most heartfelt day. The whole day was, as Erika from Light Sky Photography describes, a vibe! from the romantic first look to the cool portrait photos, to the heart warming outdoor ceremony, right though to their reception. Now this wasn’t any old reception, this was a reception were they made a mock up funeral to wish RIP to their single lives! They danced, they ate cake and they drank shots! These guys really know how to throw a party! What a fabulous day!
Some weddings are sweet. Some are emotional. Jessica and Thomas? Their day was pure vibe.
They tied the knot at the lush, jungle-like Living Sculpture Sanctuary in Davie, Florida—a hidden gem that feels more like Bali than South Florida. These two wanted something intimate and intentional, surrounded by their closest people. No fluff, no drama—just good times, earthy florals, and a whole lot of laughter.
They got ready at the venue (a dream, honestly), and kicked things off with a first look that felt like a deep breath before the party began. Jessica floated out in her sleek, minimal dress—and comfy Vans, because obviously she understood the assignment.
Their ceremony? Equal parts heartfelt and hilarious. There were shots. There were jokes. There were real, teary-eyed vows. And after we snuck away for some of the funnest couple’s portraits ever (yes, that’s a word now), these two switched it up for the reception with outfit changes and a mock funeral for their single lives. RIP to being boring.
The entire day had this moody, grounded tone—earthy details, a little chaos, a lot of personality. It wasn’t just a wedding. It was a whole damn celebration of two people who know how to live in the moment.
