Paige and Lacie’s Intimate Burgundy and Beige Fall Wedding by Jessi Casara Photography

Happy Friday everyone, I hope you are ready for the weekend, I know I most certainly am! Even though it’s been a short week due to last weekends bank holiday it’s still been a busy one, so I am ready to put my feet up and pour myself a glass of wine later tonight. This weekend we have a cinema visit planned, a trip to watch the basketball and I have quite a bit of house admin to get through, oh and a fondue! First though before all of that I have the gorgeous wedding of Paige and Lacie who were married on 26th October 2024 at The Historic Malbis Nursery in Spanish Fort, Alabama. They held an intimate fall wedding, taking in the rich tones of autumn with their burgundy and beige colour scheme, creating a cosy, moody celebration of love. Jessi Casara Photography was there to capture it for us.

Last summer, I had the fantastic opportunity to document Lacie and Paige’s surprise proposal at Fort Pickens in Florida. It was a romantic day filled with laughter and happy tears—over a year later, we reunited to capture them tying the knot! Working with a couple from their engagement session to their wedding day is a big honour, and I love seeing the excitement grow from one milestone to the next.

Lacie and Paige got married at the stunning Historic Malbis Nursery. Everything from the florals to the bridesmaid dresses and rentals provided by Miller’s Grand Events beautifully captured the moody wedding aesthetic. I especially love how the burgundy and beige colour palette tied in elements of fall and winter—the perfect seasonal segue.

After marrying in an intimate ceremony, Lacie and Paige snuck off so we could shoot some dreamy newlywed portraits. Then, it was time to enjoy the delicious bites provided by Rouxster and cut into the beautiful cake from ART You Cute before partying and dancing the night away with their closest loved ones.

Congratulations to the happy couple as they embark on this next chapter of life together. I can’t wait to see what’s next for Lacie and Paige, and I wish them all the best!
