Alison and Paul’s Colourful and Intimate, Flower Filled Kent Wedding by Fleur Challis Photography

Well hello Friday! How are you all? I don’t know about you but this week has whizzed by! and here we are welcoming the weekend once again. This weekend is all about meeting up with friends, I’m looking forward to a good catch up on both Saturday and Sunday! What about you? Does anyone have any weddings planned? Now that spring is nearly hear we are entering into early wedding season, I can’t wait wait to see all those gorgeous weddings flooding into my in box again! I was only saying this week how much I love a colourful wedding, well today’s wedding is bursting with colour, so many shades of peach, orange, pink and cornflower blue. It really is an abundance of beautiful bright flowers, so joyous! Alison and Paul were married on 17th July 2023 at The Castle Westenhanger in Kent, they opted for a small intimate wedding and really went to town on the decoration, from the hanging vases full of flowers, to the stunning tablescape. I just love everything about this wedding, it makes me wish summer would hurry up and get here! Big thanks to fleur challis photography and E-lope for this beautiful submission.

Sam from E Lope tells us more about the day

When Alison and Paul set out to plan their wedding day, they had a vision that was clear and full of love. Instead of a grand, lavish affair, they sought the beauty of intimacy. Their hearts were set on a small gathering to let them cherish each moment with their loved ones.
But this wasn’t the unique aspect of their wedding. Alison had a special connection to colours, and it was her love for them that brought an enchanting fruit-inspired wedding full of pretty pinks and peach vibrancy.
