I’ve been writing this blog now for over 13 years, I have seen a lot of trends come ad go, great ideas and some not great! But recently I have come across the Audio Guest Book. I have been lucky enough to feature these audio guest books in a selection of my real weddings recently and I really like them, Even Nik my husband commented on what a good idea they are! What made you start your business?
Over the past few years, I have lost many close family members. I have photos and videos to remember those loved ones but I always knew there could be something more to cherish those special memories.
Most recently my friend and now CALLEO business partner experienced the loss of his Grandfather. They were immensely close and following his passing, the memory that was cherished the most was an old voicemail he received from his Grandfather. Remembering his voice and hearing him speak, despite him no longer being there to comfort him was comforting enough.
When I came to my friend with the idea of an Audio Guest Book, it resonated immediately. Having the chance to listen to all your family and friends on your special day for years to come – even during the tough moments when they will sadly no longer be with us. Now, we are both working heard on this innovative alternative to the written guest book.

What is your biggest achievement so far?
I have accomplished many achievements but most recently, I am particularly proud of a client’s story we shared, Corrine & Greg, who sadly lost their Grandfather just a few days after their wedding. Thanks to the message left on the CALLEO phone, they now get to hear his voice for the rest of their lives. Even so soon after launching, we already achieved a full circle moment where the very story that began the business, has impacted one of our couple’s lives the same way.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
Listening to all the messages our couple’s guests create! One moment you are tearing up at the sentimental voicemails and the next you are also tearing up but crying with laughter at the funny/drunken voicemails.
