Emily and Ashor’s Modern Glam Texas Ranch Wedding with a Touch of Whimsical by Cacie Carroll Photography

Happy Friday everyone, I hope you have had a good week and are now ready for the weekend ahead? It’s been a pretty hectic one here at Boho HQ, I have been flat out all week, so I’m looking forward to a nice restful, low key weekend, taking it easy, chilling with Dexter and then some family time on Sunday. What about you? Has Christmas started yet for you? or are you leaving it another few weeks? Well here on the blog I am taking you back to last spring as we head over to Austin Texas for the glorious Texas Ranch wedding of Emily and Ashor who were married on 24th April 2021. I just adore this wedding. This is a wonderful mixture of Boho meets glam. Beautiful flower arrangements for the outdoor ceremony, followed by the most stunning reception décor, with accents of black and a rather stunning dress change. Emily and Ashor look stunning!!! Big thanks to Cacie Carroll Photography for the beautiful photos and to Ashley Nicole Affair for the submission.

Ashley the planner tells us more

Emily and Ashor were finally able to tie the knot at the The Addison grove, a luxury ranch estate in Austin, Texas. Emily, being an interior designer, took what she knew and totally transformed this space into an all modern, neutral toned (with pops of black) ranch wedding.
The ceremony was whimsical and garden esk, while the reception was glam and held a warm ambiance! The perfect reception isn’t complete without an open bar as well, right?

These two made me feel like I was the paparazzi, they really went all out on florals and details in the décor. The venue had a lot to offer, aesthetically already so there wasn’t much more magic to add to complete their final look!
11 years, 1 postponement and 150(ish) guests later! They did the damn thing!
