Today I would like to talk about Boho’s Full Wedding Co-ordinaition.
What does this involve?
Well, pretty much everything!! I will work with you as a couple to create a wedding that is personal and individual to you. Each couple is different and that’s what makes each wedding different. Here at Boho I will work with you – from your initial consultation until the day you are married.
You will get:

• Full supplier search
• Guest management
• Designer service
• Budget planning
• You will have unlimited access to me by email and mobile.
• A detailed time line will be sent out a week before the wedding to you and your suppliers.
• On the day co-ordination
How much does it cost?
Each wedding will be priced individually once a full proposal has been put together. We create a bespoke service that is personal to you and your own wedding, dependent on the involvment and scale of the job in hand. We don’t charge a percentage so it doesn’t matter what your wedding budget is or size of the wedding.
What will you do first?
Our first meeting will take up to 2 hours. We will discuss your ideas and what you have looked at so far. From the first consultation I will have a good idea about the sort of thing you are looking for, but here I can get a real feeling about any fixed ideas you have and how you see your day progressing. From here I will be able to write up a detailed action plan.
What I will do?I will work with you to create a budget plan and make sure you don’t go over it. Prioritise all tasks and make sure everything gets done. Give you a clear time line to work to. Work through all of the admin with you. Source imaginative venue ideas and go and visit them with you. Bring you new wedding suppliers and supplier discounts, saving you money. Come up with new and creative design ideas. Help tie in your theme with things like napkins, menus and invitations. Help with your guest management, send out your invites, and manage your RSVPs. Go dress shopping with you and try not to cry. Go suit shopping with you. Help choose your menus. Go on cake tastings with you. Help pull together flower ideas. Find you imaginative transport ideas. Find you the best photographer. Look over contracts with you. Keep in constant communication with you. Find great entertainment ideas for your reception. Help organise your hen do and stag do. Co-ordinate your wedding rehearsal. Come up with those little finishing touches. Be there on your wedding day from beginning to end to make sure nothing goes wrong. Ask the right questions at the right times. Listen to you when you want to let of steam. Always give you an honest answer. Make sure you have an amazing day. Give you the best wedding you could imagine, something your guest will talk about for years to come.
What I won’t do?
Never force my opinions on you. Give you the same wedding as your sister, brother, best friend or next door neighbour. Tell you you look great in a dress if it clearly doesn’t suit you. Let you go over your budget. Get involved in areas you don’t want me to. Tell you it’s to late to call when you ring me at 10pm. Tell you I can’t do it because it’s a Sunday. Take commissions from suppliers – all discounts I get from them I pass directly onto you.
