Hello you lovely people and welcome along to another wonderful week of weddings here on the blog. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I have a totally awesome wedding to start the week with, I absolutely LOVE it and I just know you will too. Jemima and Sam decided to have their Dorset festival wedding filled with true bohemian details and whimsical decoration. An outdoor ceremony, including a hand fasting ceremony under a big tree with all of the guests sitting round on hay bales. Followed by a beautiful and fun-filled festival reception, in tipis, with singing, fire pits and so much fun and laughter. Such a laid back, beautiful day for a gorgeous chilled couple, the whole wedding is oozing Boho goodness. Massive thanks to Paul Underhill Photography for letting me share these beautiful images with you.
Jemima & Sam opted for an outdoor wedding arrangement, which had a festival inspired theme with Glastonbury type vibes. By selecting a festival styled wedding, Jemima & Sam showed a true testament of their passion for music festivals. Paul Underhill effortlessly captured the wedding in Dorset.
All the suppliers responsible for adding a magical flare to the wedding were friends except for the celebrant and the wedding photographer. Jemima and Sam’s wedding was extraordinary for many reasons. From natural, glowing make-ups, stunning floral crowns for the hair to the bohemian touches and the fresh ambience.
Jemima and Sam’s wedding was was unique and exuberant, the couple opted for a venue surrounded by the tranquillity of lush greenery. The Bimble Inn, a famous festival feature provided the backdrop for some pleasurable festival wedding entertainment.
There were glimpses of rustic and bohemian elements throughout the entire wedding with whimsical ornament hangings, the aisle had miniature floral arrangements and hay bales along with colour-coordinated blankets surrounded an old oak tree where guests sat to enjoy the humanist wedding ceremony.
All the wedding elements from the guests’ attire, entertainment to the food and decorations had a free-spirited bohemian theme. The outdoor venue truly set the energetic and fun-filled ambience for an astounding celebration and as the evening drew closer, Jemima and Sam enjoyed their wedding dance as the guests warmed up near a small bonfire. However, as the day neared to its end, the celebrations and live music carried on throughout the weekend in true festival style.
