Eleanor and Nathan’s ‘Rustic Boho’ South Devon Farm Wedding by Samuel Box Photography
Happy Monday everyone and welcome to another busy fun filled week on the blog! I...
This weeks Featured Supplier is a rather wonderful company who I met at the Tatton Wedding Show a few weeks ago.
Paperbird Design create stunning wedding invitations, specialising in both Origami and Laser Cut invitations, and they really are gorgeous. The designs are so intricate and detailed, that any guest receiving one as an invite to a wedding would be delighted and expecting a rather special and unique wedding indeed.
What they say about themselves:
We are a newly founded company blending a love for design, paper and fabric with a sense of style and imagination. Our aim is to provide stylish and quality invitations for all types of events. We want you to enjoy your experience with Paperbird Design, and that is why each and every item we send out is produced by hand to ensure the ultimate finish and attention to detail.
We hope that no matter what the occasion, that you and your guests will treasure your invitations and hopefully return to us in the future.
Paperbird Designs, offer 3 different sorts of wedding invitations: Origami, Laser Cut and their bespoke design service.
These are made from a crisp, delicate white cotton organza fabric. Hand folded with a contrasting ribbon of your choice and printed personalised tag. The invitations are designed to be kept as a keepsake and lasting memory of your special day or event. Each invitation can be hung or kept in its envelope along with its certificate of authenticity. Many people use the invitation and table setting as an artistic and personalised favour for their guests.
This range uses both intricate cutting techniques as well as engraving and a range of unusual materials and bring your guests something truly special with a twist of the unique. Consider these stationery pieces to be the perfect keepsake of your perfect day. The are available in a range of styles and colours with bespoke designs options available
Bespoke design service
The design options are endless and that is why they have put together a bespoke design service. Paperbird will work with you on producing an invitation design that reflects you and your event. They have two bespoke services depending on the level of customisation you require.
Design Service 1 – Change existing designs including scale, fabric colour and materials. Choose this option if you are interested in personalising any of the existing Signature Designs further by introducing a specific coloured fabric or other material. They are able to source a wide range of colours in the fabric used for the existing designs, and provide ribbons to match.
Design Service 2– Carte Blanche whatever you want!!! Choose this option if you would like a design tailored to your individual event. All budgets can be accommodated and this will be considered during the design.
As well as invitations PaperBird also produce gorgeous wedding wish Trees, which can be used as a table plan or a guest book…….I personally LOVE this idea!
Originally a Dutch wedding tradition, asks your guests to write a message or wish on a notelet and hang it upon your tree this will then bring these wishes to life. A unique and imaginative alternative to a guest book. The unique tree design comes as two delicate cut trees, that slot together to give you a stunning and intricate 3D design. Your tree can also be used as a table plan featuring all the details your guests my need; and then later can be transformed to become a beautiful wish tree. The trees can be produced from either perspex or card, and are available in ivory, white or clear.
