Hello Monday and how are you all? I hope you all had a good weekend...
Today we welcome back Kirsty Newnum from Handmade Weddings for today’s DIY Tutorial. Last time Kirsty showed us how to make these super cute Hand-beaded Flower Hair Pins, perfect for you or your bridesmaids, or flower girls. Today Kirsty is showing us how to make these Vintage inspired Place Cards. They are cheap to make and simple with it, so pretty much anyone should be able to manage these!
Step 1) Apply glue to the front of the card
Step 2) Place the glue side of the card down onto the purple card and press down
Step 3) Cut around the purple card
Step 4) Fold the doily over the top of the card so that more of it falls to the front
Step 5) Lightly press the individual alphabet stamps into the ink and press onto the doily for the names of each of your guests
Step 6) Glue the back of the doily. Be sure to do this on either a scrap of paper, or a wipe clean surface as the glue will come through the small holes of the doily
Step 7) Open out the card and place the doily across the fold and smooth out any creases. Fold along the crease
Step 8) Your finished place card with a vintage feel
