365 Happiness Project - A Sunday Review

As I have been on holiday all week, I’m afraid there is not Best Bits today, I shall be turning my Google reader back on tomorrow when I’m back in the office and making sure I track down all the top wedding pretty for you and will bring you a full report in a bumper issue next Sunday.

So in a break from the normal schedule I decided to bring you a taste of my Happiness Project. My Happiness Project is a personal project I started at the beginning of last year with the aim of me finding something to be happy about each day. It was so I learnt to appreciate the little things around me, instead of concentrating on the negative, as I’m sure so many of us do.
This I carried out for a full 366 days. (leap year) At the beginning of this year I decided to mix it up a bit and keep a record of all my happiness moments in an end of week post on a Sunday, a kind of review of the week and for the rest of the week to post an inspirational/motivational/funny quote to lift your day and set you on your way! I have really enjoyed putting these quotes together and they have become very popular on facebook and instagrm. So today I thought I would share with you 25 of my favorites so far this year.
