Happy Sunday everyone, I hope you are all having a fabulous weekend, is it sunny where you are? We certainly have been having a good run with the weather, its’ been glorious up here in Sheffield. I actually managed to get out in it twice this week. Firstly on Tuesday when I went to have lunch with my friend Shelly and secondly on Friday when I met up with Lucy and Debbie for some afternoon drinks and food. It’s been lovely to get away from the office and catch up with friends in the wedding industry, bounce ideas of each other and set some plans in motion for future projects. This weekend I have been getting some work done, as well as some personal projects, last night we went over to Matlock to spend the evening with my friend Sarah and her husband Miles, I haven’t seen Sarah in ages and she is one of my best friends, so it was lovely to spend some time with her and relax. Today I have a bit of work to get done and then I’m spending the rest of the day with Nik and having a BBQ, making the most of the good weather before it leaves us. What have you been up to?
The week ahead is going to be a busy one, as we are going on Holiday a week today, off to Cornwall for our wedding anniversary and also to spend a few days with my mum. Then we have a wedding on the Saturday in Bournemouth where Nik is best man, I can’t wait to be a guest at a wedding, it’s going to be wonderful.
So it’s now time to catch up with what the wedding world has been up to this week. I have been searching the internet to find you the best weddings, best DIY, best photography and best styled shoots around. So get yourself comfortable and enjoy this weeks best bits.
Sometimes it’s the simplest of weddings that are the best, those un-fussy wedding, full of love and not with details. This weeks wedding of the week is one of those, I am just loving this simple Picnic style wedding, found via Green Wedding shoes. Photo by Samm Blake
