Welcome along to another Saturday Cinema, I hope it’s a lovely day for you all? I’m off to Buckinghamshire today to meet one of my May brides on a site visit, so hopefully enjoying the sunshine if it decides to come out!
Todays Saturday Cinema was sent into me by Ben at Kissing Gate Films . It’s the gorgeous wedding of Harriet and Nick who were married on 20th August at Stapleford Park, Leicestershire. It’s a formal but very relaxed day full of sunshine, smiles and love.

Ben says ‘My favourite part of the wedding was undoutedly the dogs running around loving all of the attention. Of course the couple were brilliant too!!!’
‘A lot of videographers will always say ‘we are a bit different’ or ‘we are a bit quirky’. Of course, I think you need to stand out a little bit but a lot of wedding films can get spoiled by a videographer trying too hard to be ‘modern’. At the end of the day, you are there to document a wedding and we should all concentrate on getting beautiful shots. Once you have beautiful shots it’s down to the edit and how you tell your story. Interesting music is always nice too. It’s refreshing being asked to use songs that you wouldn’t generally associate with conventional weddings.’
