Hello Monday and welcome to another week on the blog. How was your weekend? I hope it was good and you managed to get up to something fun or wedding related at all? My weekend was spent test driving cars, planning holidays, visiting friends and a big family event. Now I’m ready for a very busy week on the blog, and I have some exciting news to share with you tomorrow, so make sure you pop by to hear what I have been up to, I can’t wait to share it with you. I am starting the week in style with this super cute, eco friendly, rustic style wedding. Ashley and Brendan were married on 12th October 2019 at Prairie Hill Vineyard at Stockemer Farm in Colwich, Kansas. The whole day is an absolute delight, from the bridesmaids dresses to the autumn tones of the flowers, the amazing eco friendly decor to the very happy and in love couple. The perfect wedding to start the week with. Big thanks to Brooke Buck Photography for the stunning photos.
The most important things to Brendan and Ashley were that their guests had a great time and they maintained an environmental friendly event. The venue would not allow glass or ceramic ware, so they got creative and bought all biodegradable products (recycled paper for the invitations/tags and biodegradable trash bags, plates, utensils, cups, and napkins.) Brendan and Ashley set an example for all brides and grooms with their love for our sweet planet! They made all of their own signage and invitations, which were absolutely beautiful. The mother of the bride found the decorations and glassware from thrift stores to create a dreamy tablescape under their vineyard tent.
