Chris and Gretta's 'Modern Boho' Earth Toned Vineyard Wedding by Zoe Life Photography

Hello you lovely lot and welcome to another wonderful day on the blog. This morning I have this gorgeous wedding from Defiance in Missouri that I know you are going to love. Gretta and Chris were married on 31st August, they held a romantic vineyard ceremony with Italian vibes at Chandler Hill Vineyards. This Midwest celebration was set against the most stunning backdrop, on top of a hill where you could look out and see beautiful rolling mountains and vineyards. From Gretta’s unique Rara Avis lace wedding dress purchased from Belle Bridal Atelier that is totally gorgeous to her delicate colour scheme of white and green, this wedding is so romantic, elegant and full of modern Boho charm, all captured beautifully by Zoe Life Photography.

How they met
Freshman year of High School, in Orchestra class. Both of us played the Double Bass. We have been together for over 11 years (5 of them long distance) and never once broke up.

The venue
Our dream was to get married in Italy but this was a bit too hard to plan so we settled on a vineyard in the states. It’s kind of modern boho I suppose. We wanted it too look clean and fresh. We wanted to get married somewhere so beautiful you only needed a few decorations to complement the view.

Theme or colour scheme
Earth tones, bridesmaid wore mix and match dresses which were beiges and sage greens. Everything else was white and green, lots of white flowers and greenery everywhere.

Decoration
We are very excited about all the garlands everywhere, we had hula hoops covered in garland hanging from the ceiling inside. We also rented a ton of candles to put everywhere.
