This afternoon I am delighted to be sharing with you my alternative wedding gift list. I have partnered up with Prezola who are friends of the blog, as they gave me free rain to go on a massive virtual shopping trip, as they asked me what would you choose for your wedding gift list if you were to do it all over again.
Prezola prides itself on offering couples a gift list service with a huge choice of both high street and boutique brands, with space for other sought-after items too if they’re not already on the site. making ti the perfect place to build your ultimate gift list You are free to add in the unusual and the unusual, as I found out for myself as I had a good route around the site.
I have chosen my top 10 picks to add to my Ultimate gift list, while Ali Beaven, co-founder and chief creative officer of Prezola has chosen hers.
Cox & Cox Brushed Brass Vase – I love these metallic vases, so simple yet super stylish and perfect for any contemporary home, and they come in two sizes.
Bold & Noble Icon Bowie, Morrissey, Freddie, Prince Tea Towels – These tea towels are such fun, and will brighten up any kitchen. Pay homage to your favourite pop icon while drying the dishes in style
Harlequin Moriko Duvet Cover – We are currently re decorating our entire house, and this duvet cover would be ideal for the colour scheme I have in kind for our bedroom. I just love the design and the colour.
Cox & Cox Light ‘Star’ Wire – Simple yet stylish, this would looklovely hung up in our living room once it has been finished or even brought out at Christmas as a decoration.
LSA International Edge Champagne Flute Rose Gold, Set of 2 – We are intending to add accents of rose gold into our new kitchen, so these flutes are just perfect. Contemporary in style and makes drinking all that champagne and prosecco that much sweeter.
Nkuku Aculo Hanging Terrarium – Admittedly I’m not very green fingers so I am always looking for ways to bring plants into my life while making them looks super stylish and also keeping them alive. These geometric Terrariums looks ideal
Cox & Cox Candlestick Two Brushed Copper – Carrying on with the rose gold thee I think these beautiful candlesticks would look amazing in our dinning room.
Rose & Grey Grey Medina Rug – This rug is just perfect for any room in the house and will quickly add in a sense of style.
Robert Welch Drift Salt & Pepper Shakers with Walnut Base – Nik and I are always buying new slat and pepper shakers I’m not sure what we do with them! These would look lovely in our new dinning room.
Kelly Hoppen Chalk Stripe Cake Stand – I love baking, although I never get time any more, but if I had a cake stand like this then maybe I would make time.
OKA Esme Espresso Cups, Set of 4 – Cheery and colourful, we love these mugs to brighten up your kitchen and can be used as a countertop trophy as well as a pick-me-up!
Echo New York Jaipur Paisley Duvet Cover – This stylish and beautifully detailed design gives a global feel with its fresh colours of yellow, aqua and raspberry red. If this duvet was at home, we’d never get out of bed.
Vintage Letter Lights Arrow – Add some retro style to your home and fill it with lights! Carnival lights are really popular at the moment and evoke an instant spark of old school Hollywood, who doesn’t love that?
Bombay Duck Acapulco Embroidered Cushion – We get serious festival vibes from this cushion and it can really make your home pop against a neutral coloured sofa. We adore the pom poms along the edges for a bold yet fun effect.
Nordal Bohemian Crochet Wall Hanging – Unique and bohemian to its core, stray from the usual wall art print and go for this off-white wall hanging. It would look great hanging over your bed or alongside some hanging pots in a conservatory.
Pols Potten Colour Hippy Bowls, Set of 4 – Cute and colourful, these bowls are the perfect addition to an eclectic home. Use as serveware or even to keep bits and bobs such as jewellery or keys, the more colour – the better!
