If you love Jenny Packham as much as I do, then today’s post is going to have you squealing with excitement. So much glitz and sparkle in one blog post, these designs really are divine! One of the best bits of my job is getting sneak previews of all the new collections before they are released in the stores and this one has to be one of my favourite ever! Jenny Packham held her preview show in New York a few days ago and revealed this beautiful array of gowns to us all. The new collection is everything you expect from Jenny Packham and then some. Beautiful fabrics, amazing shapes and silhouettes, cutting edge design, mixed with classic and dreamy lines, but most of all lots of amazing sparkle! These gowns make me long to get married again, or at least go and play dress up for the day!
Jenny Packham debuted her 2017 Bridal Collection at New York Bridal Fashion Week with an intimate Barn Dance themed presentation which reflected the inspiration of the collection; set on the plains of the Midwest and inspired by the afterglow of a wild night.
Palettes of hazy barley, soft petal pink and springtime celadon green adorn ethereal sleeves, glitter flock tulle trains, twinkling beaded lace and cascading tiered skirts reflecting a gyspy spirit. Signature form-fitting silhouettes featuring wild flowers and foliage give this collection a whimsical feel. Crystal illusion bodices, feature exposed backs and plunging necklines exude contemporary glamour. The 2017 Jenny Packham bride is a modern romantic with a wanderlust soul.

I love these looks! The slinky dress is such a great style that is fitted and yet elegant. You’ve given the etherial, tradition look a really great bohemian kind of twist. and the photos work so well with the hay bails behind – it reminds young people that you can still have a cool wedding in the countryside – then you have the best of both worlds!
Wow! Stunning collection. I hope some of my brides get to wear some of these over the next couple of years!
Beautiful dresses….Do you ever make your designs in Plus sizes? I need a formal dress for a cruise but I don’t want the same cookie cutter styles. Your creations would fit my personality perfectly….I was curious because this was the first time I took the time to examine every inch of a dress…..Gorgeous!!!! Thank you-kim
