There is something about a destination wedding that I love, I guess you know that...
Todays wedding is a real beauty, Chloe and Matt chose a ‘Vintage Bohemian’ theme for their wonderful wedding in California. They were married on the 25th June 2016 on Oak Heart Estate and they created a detail heavy, fun-filled day with lots of beautiful moments, as well as fabulous decoration and some really inspiring wedding ideas. The location, the golden sunlight, the first look, those bouquets and ombré bridesmaids dresses all go towards making this a fabulous wedding from beginning to end. Big thanks to Hannah Kate Photography for the wonderful images.
Chloe & Matt’s wedding took place on June 25th, 2016 at the gorgeous Oak Heart Estate. Oak Heart Estate is a brand new wedding venue on the central coast of California right in the heart of wine country. It has this amazing “ancient” feel. The entire venue is all outdoors with rustic arches, gorgeous yellow limestone stairways & walls and is lined by towering oaks & vibrant manzita trees. It has a very romantic almost “ruin” quality to the space, and that’s something completely unique for a Paso Robles wedding venue. Chloe & Matt decided to go with a vintage bohemian vibe for their wedding; they brought in live greenery for the tables, amber & emerald glassware (that they found in various thrift store, antique shops & estate sales), gorgeous floral crowns & a soft color palette of greens, browns, golds & pinks. Chloe & Matt also did a tree planting ceremony, where they each brought a jar of soil from their childhood homes that they poured into a pot that represented the melting of their roots & beginning of their new life together. It was a very sweet June day with lots of sentimental touches.
