Nanci and Trevor’s Spring Mountain Wedding in Colorado Complete with Llamas by Katie Dawn Photo

Hello you lovely people and welcome back to the blog after a few days off over the Christmas holidays! The schools went back super late this year, so I have been juggling work and child care for what seems like an eternity! But I’m back in the office now and ready to start the year as I mean to go on! Full of fab weddings and great wedding content! Starting off with Nanci and Trevor who were married on 19th May 2023 in Allenspark, Colorado. Their wedding is set against the misty mountains of Colorado, giving off autumnal vibes, rather than the spring time season that the wedding takes place in. With bridesmaids dressed in black and Llamas serving the reception drinks, this wedding really is unique! Big thanks to
Katie Dawn Photo for the lovely photos.

Katie the photographer tells us more about the day

Nanci and Trevor scheduled their wedding for spring in Colorado, which can always be a bit of a toss up for weather, but luckily for their wedding, they didn’t get a torrential downpour, but a misty, moody, mountain day. The fog matched the dark outfits of the wedding party and Nanci’s unique dress perfectly, and gave spooky moody vibes for their day. The wedding was simple and sweet, and Nanci walked down the aisle to a custom song Trevor wrote that was all about how they met and their relationship up until that point. The guests got to meet and hang out with llamas and even though the wedding was small, everybody still got down on the dance floor.
