Natasha and William’s ‘Formal Bohemian’ Sun Filled Wedding in Portugal by Portugal Wedding Photographer
It’s probably fair to say that not many of us have seen any sunshine for...
Happy Friday everyone! And it’s a big fat TGIF from me, what about you? Week one of lockdown 3.0 nearly done, only another 5 (hopefully) to go. How’s it been for you so far? And what about the snow, is it snowing where you are? It’s coming down think and fast here in Sheffield, so it’s going to be a great snow day here for us, just in time for the weekend! So on with today’s wedding and the last one of the week had to be a good one, so here are Fay and Jason who were married on 18th June 2019 in Vancouver. It’s a totally stunning wedding, FULL of the most amazing flowers, decorations and cake table. I just love the attention to detail in this wedding which was submitted by the floral designer Botany and Bloom. Every last detail has been thought about and executed perfectly, it really is exquisite!
The wedding of Fay and Jason was an intimate celebration held at the iconic Brix & Mortar Restaurant in Vancouver, BC. With a brick entrance into the vine covered ceremony site it is the ideal setting for a romantic industrial feel. Their palette consisted of marsala, dusty rose and soft peach, blush and ivory tones. We incorporated a lot of greenery including garland draped across the ceiling. The concept was created by the dynamic duo Charlene and Nicole of Rebel Events. The decor vendors Blushing Rentals and Mohanie Events created the look. The florals created by Botany and Bloom included a ceremony circle and a fresh bloom curtain. The flowers were a mix of local and import blooms including eremerus, chocolate cosmos, snapdragons, anthuriums and roses. Local smilax vines adorned the ceremony and reception along with ferns, olive leaf, willow eucalyptus and Italian ruscus. A dessert table was a focal point on the restaurant stage with cakes and sweets by Artist Momo Chen.
