Today we are heading across the water for this super cute wedding from Connecticut. It’s the wedding of Kerianne and Chris who chose an industrial chic theme mixed with some beautiful art deco elements to create this stunning wedding. They were married on 13th August 2016 in a steam train station, which was perfect for their industrial themed wedding and then moved onto the The Lace Factory, for their beautifully elegant and stylish reception. The day is a wonderful mix of chic meets industrial heritage, that has been captured perfectly by Allegra Anderson Photography.
Kerianne and Chris were married at the quintessential Essex Steam Train station, a Connecticut shoreline railroad in existence since the 1800’s. Following their ceremony, the bride and groom and their guests took a leisurely train ride to the beautiful and unique wedding venue, The Lace Factory, located at the Deep River Landing in Deep River, Connecticut. With their ceremony and reception site deeply rooted in history, Kerianne designed a beautiful wedding filled with ivory, black, gold, taupe and neutrals. Even the bridesmaids and mother of the bride wore art deco-inspired dresses in blush and taupe. The handmade centerpieces and large-scale printed quotes perfectly matched her decor.

Thank you so much for featuring our wedding. I work at an Interior Design firm, Threetrees, in Old Saybrook and Chris is a General Contractor. We brought our skills together for our wedding and we hope we’ve inspired couples to create a wedding that’s truly their own.
