At The Event Flag Hire Company we design, manufacture, hire and install beautiful handmade flags and bunting, perfect for your wedding. Our colour palettes and matching bunting make choosing really easy, or pick each flag colour from our huge selection. We take pride in being able to match to any colour scheme and all styles are available in whites specially for weddings. We can also create something completely bespoke to your specification and personalise flags for your big day.

Our flags are great for all weddings whether you’re planning a festival or boho style or a more chic, traditional wedding. All of our flags are handmade in our Bristol studio by our team of lovely sewers. They are made from recyclable materials which last many outings and we donate all the scraps so there’s no waste.
We’re passionate about adding colour to your day, not stress, doing our best to ensure everything arrives in good time. Choose self-installation for a cost effective way to decorate any venue. Our portable flag poles are quick and easy to install and arrive with everything you need, so no tools are necessary.

The delivery and collection arrangements are organised by us so it couldn’t be easier. Our couriers deliver all over the UK and abroad and our poles pack down small enough to fit in any car. Most venues are happy with our portable pole system as it leaves practically no trace in lawns or other precious outside areas. If you want to leave the installation to us, our team can install the flags saving you a job. You can then upgrade to beautiful bamboo poles (available to purchase for selfinstallation).
