Today’s inspiration post comes in the form of a beautiful styled shoot, sent to us by Ambre Peyrotty at Zephyr & Luna. Set in the stunning cherry orchards near Clermont-Ferrand, Auvergne in France, the team had a very small window of opportunity to get in and get the perfect shots. I think the team have created something truly lovely. This shoot is full of rustic, vintage charm and loads and loads of fun. Over to Ambre to tell us more…
“We found each other’s point of views were very alike so we had this whole project blooming in our heads. We had to be quick: we decided on the theme in March, and it had to be ready at the beginning of April since the cherry trees were blooming during the first week of April approximately. Everyone did his job by finding the one thing that will make this shoot special, and it was even more motivating to see the photoshoot come alive!
We wanted the whole thing to be perfect and as original as possible. The rustic-chic and vintage approach was a dream come true for me and Julie, the wedding planner behind all this project. When we first talked about an inspiration shoot, we both had the same idea in mind, it was crazy!
We wanted to share our vision of a wedding. A small group of friends and family hanging out together and having a ceremony outside, then party in a field full of flowers and love :) the soundtrack was also very important since it added even more “folk” in the shooting. These guys were actually singing during all the shooting and it was amazing. We wanted to show that Auvergne is a beautiful region to be married, and I think we accomplished this task by asking the nicest and most competent vendors ever in the region!”
