This afternoon I am bringing you some fabulous wedding inspiration courtesy of Sara from Burnetts’s Boards. Sara is a fabulous wedding blogger based in Hawaii bringing brides daily wedding inspiration in the form of her fabulous inspiration boards.
Today Sara is talking to us about Geometrics a trend that I think is going to be MASSIVE this year. I have already seen the beginnings of it from the US and Australia and what ever happens over their always follows through to the UK soon after! Think minimalistic decoration, angular lines, wide open spaces and clean colours.

Why not bring a bit of geometrics into your wedding jewellery for a touch of something different! Gold works well with this. Why not try these earnings from Etsy or this gorgeous necklace.
Love this idea for hanging tissue paper decoration, a variation on the ever popular paper pom poms. Learn how to make them HERE.
Your wedding cake is a great place to add a bit of geometrics. Cake makers these days can do pretty much anything, so go for a chevron pattern or anything else that ties in with your wedding theme. This cake can be found at Hey There Cupcake.
A more subtle way to bring in teh geometrics theme is your nails, and this doesn’t just have to be for a wedding. The patterns and colour options are endless
Why not try these modern style candlestick holders as a centre piece. The neutral colours will go with any wedding colour scheme, available from Etsy.
Escort cards and seating plans are another way to bring in the geometrics theme. This amazing escort card design was found via Green Wedding Shoes and the whole wedding is amazing.
If your feeling adventurous then why not try this wedding dress – Ivory Wedding Dress with Geometric Gold Stripes.
Tying your colour scheme into your geometrics theme is easy to do through your wedding stationery. There are loads of companies now offering a more modern style of design, and even more offering a bespoke service.
A BIG Thank you to Sara for these gorgeous ideas, you can follow Sara and her boards here:
