Dates For Your Diary – A One Stop Shop For all your Wedding Event Needs

As you know at the end of last year I launched the Brand new, all singing , all dancing Blog. Along with a complete re brand, new layout and bigger images, I launched 2 new aspects to the Blog. The new ‘Boho Loves‘ Directory AND the new ‘Dates for your Diary‘

Today I would like to tell you a bit more about the Dates for your Diary Function.

I decided that the Blog needed a diary section. I get sent so many different emails and information with wedding fairs, trunk shows, workshops and general wedding event stuff  that the main body of the blog can’t take it all. If I posted it all there would be no room for the real weddings and regular wedding features  So I decided that the blog needed its own dedicated events section, a one stop shop for wedding news, somewhere where you the bride and groom can come and find out where the next wedding show is on in your area, the latest trunk show, and any other wedding event of interest.

The Diary is easy to use and it has the ability to add specific events to your own diary, syncing all those important wedding events that you don’t want to miss.

So how do you use it?

Step 1)

Click on the dates In your Diary luggage tag in the header

Step 2) 

This will bring up a pinboard with all the events in brief featured in the calendar

Step 3)

Click on the Poster board link on the left hand side and choose how you view the calendar – daily, weekly or monthly

Step 4)

Click on the event you are interested in, in either the pin board or the calender format and the full event information will come up (see below)

How do I get my event listed?

If you are a company, shop, or designer with an event you want to get listed there are two options:

1) – Basic Listing  = Free. This will include the date, location and Address

2) – Extended Listing = £25. This will include a full write up as an individuality blog post. Including date, location, address, Google map, price, web address, email, full write up and images.

Both Options will stay in the calendar until the date it expires so the sooner you get me the event the better. The extended Listings can also be used as links on facebook, twitter etc for maximum exposure.
