365 Happiness Project: Day 251

• Today is the closing ceremony of the Paralympics. It’s been an amazing games, inspiring, educational and overall incredibly emotional. The fact that it is over makes me quite sad but when I look back at the amazing achievements from some of the  finest sport men and women it really is truly astounding. I have to say the things that these people have done over the last 2 weeks have been totally inspiring, it makes programs like X factor seem completely irrelevant, and has made me re address a lot of things.
  Both the Olymics and the Paralymics has been an amazing reflection on what the UK can do, we have hosted arguably THE best games ever, something to say I am proud to have been a part of, from visiting the stadium to being completely swept up in the whole celebrations. Well done to every single sportsperson involved you are all true heroes!
