Why You Should Celebrate The Little Things
Celebrating significant milestones and achievements like weddings and anniversaries is normal, but what about the...
It’s Friday already another super fast week! Today I am working at a wedding in Cheshire for the very lovely Jo and Pete who I have been working with for 2 years now. They have been an amazing couple to work with and Jo is super organised which always makes my job that much easier, I will miss them a lot. One of the rubbish parts of my job is saying goodbye to my couples!
So today’s wedding is another beauty sent to me from across the pond! I do love an American wedding, they are always full of sunshine and the most amazing outdoor ceremonies, this one sent to me by Diana Deaver from South Carolina is no exception! It’s the wedding of Courtney and Steven who were married on 15th October in their own back yard in South Carolina, isn’t it just beautiful!
Diana tells us a bit more about the wedding day………
Courtney and Steven got married in the back yard of their home in an intimate and charming setting with close friends and family. Courtney spent the previous months personally landscaping her yard to accommodate the wedding. While she was digging in the garden she found the windows buried in the grass and bushes. She used them to have their guests write messages during the wedding and later hung them in her house.
Their bridal couple pictures were done in the back yard of two of their neighbors. The whole thing was done in a quaint neighborhood on James Island where she lives.
She hand-made the cupcake stand and sign and wrote the tags for the silverware herself.
