Bridal Style: Raimon Bundo Bringing Spanish Style to the UK

I’m delighted to be able to share with you some gorgeous bridal gowns in today’s Bridal Style feature.
The amazing designer is Raimon Bundo, who is one of Spain’s leading bridal Designers.

Raimon Bundo is a The family-run company which has been passed from father to son . With their own shops on some of Spain’s most fashionable streets, as well as stockists in almost every town in Spain, the company exports its dresses to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Russia as well as USA, Mexico, Brazil, Panama, Chile, Colombia, S. Korea and Japan………and from September of this year the UK!

The Barcelona-based company has the old-school warmth and creative spirit of its owners combined with the slick, dynamic and responsive infrastructure expected of a global exporter of luxury goods. The company prides itself on its complete control over design and production, responding to all client needs and providing amazing customer service to both brides and stockist

Designer Cristina Arana has stayed true to the company’s original elegant aesthetic, designing with the classic bride in mind. By her side in Barcelona is Ivonne Ruiz who caters for the alternative bride and continues to break ground and innovate, imbuing all her designs with her own personal style and special touches. Both designers produce critically acclaimed collections year after year and continue to promote the brands shared fundamental values of quality, modernity and simplicity

There are now 4 different collections under the Raimon Bundo umbrella, each with its own distinct character. Each of these collections is designed and made by hand by a team of workshops in around Barcelona using only European fabrics.

The two collections available in the UK from September are:

IR by Bundo –
Representing freedom to innovate, these are dresses for the alternative bride. Expect radiant pastels and ivory, layers of tulle and chiffon and intricate antique embroideries. A romantic, bohemian collection.

Raimon Bundo –
The original essence of the brand. Dresses showing real savoir-faire and recalling golden days of elegance and unmistakeable quality. Expect rich fabrics such as Mikados and Dupions.
