365 Happiness Project: Day 89

• Today I have been feeling a bit sorry for myself as it has been such wonderful weather and I have been sat at my desk all week, working away and haven’t had a chance to get out at all and enjoy it. I’ve been seeing people’s tweets and emails saying they are enjoying the weather and I have been feeling a bit low. Then I took a step back and realised just how lucky I am, I remembered the comic relief programme from a couple of weeks ago and rememberd  all the clips they ran from Africa, and I then realsied just how much I have, and just how much I take for granted……………so I thought about it a bit more and realised just how stupid I was being and got on with my work and stopped complaining.
  We have so much in this country, sometimes we need to stop, and just remember how lucky we are!
