Adelle and Bruce’s winter wonderland snow filled pre wed shoot

The last two days I have brought you 2 amazing sunny weddings, well all that is about to change as I bring the temperature down with this stunning pre wed shoot which took place earlier this month when we had all that gorgeous snow! It was sent into me by my good friend Shelly at Toast of Leeds, and I think it’s just so beautiful! I Love what Shelly has done with these images, the snow really adds another level to the shoot, with the white adding a beautiful Narnia like quality. I love that you can actually see the snow flakes as well!, so so beautiful!!

It’s the pre wedding shoot of Adelle Jacobs and Bruce Mitchell which took place on Saturday 4th February at Lister Park, Bradford. The wedding it to take place on Saturday 19th May 2012 at Saltaire United Reformed Church which is just down the road from their first house together; followed by a reception at Oakwood Hall Hotel in Bingley. Their colour them is Aqua.
Adelle and Brice say ‘The snow added a touch of magic and meant Bruce could wear his Russian Spy hat! Shelly put us at ease by making it fun and it was a really memorable afternoon.’

How they met
We met at a mutual friend’s wedding in Umbria , Italy in August 2008. We were sat together on the ‘singles table’! Bruce’s chat about TomTom’s and algorithms needless to say was not what won me over!
One of our bridesmaid’s and best-men got together after meeting at the very same table.

The proposal
Last summer we took a Cruise around the Baltic to celebrate the last of our 20’s. Bruce got down on one knee while we were having breakfast on our bedroom balcony. The ship was cruising up the Oslo Fjord in Norway which was VERY romantic, and when the Tiffany box appeared I just couldn’t say no!

Tell me the one thing you love most about each other
Adelle: I love Bruce’s six-pack and ginger hair , although without his cute bum we would never have got together! Bruce is my rock, and really looks after me. He has a very big heart and is so quirky it would be impossible to ever get bored!
Bruce: I fell in love with Adelle’s good looks and dancing skills. Her sharp northern wit and whacky personality make every day unpredictable and usually pretty amusing!

What bit of the wedding are you looking forward to the most?
Having everyone we love all together in one place to celebrate the day with us. This is where Dellie’s Northern Monkeys meet Brucie’s Southern Fairies!
