Happy Friday everyone and how are you all? Feeling festive at all? This weekend is a strange one as it’s our family’s Christmas day. Nik, Dexter and I are going to Thailand for Christmas, so we are having a fake Christmas day on Sunday, so Dexter still gets a day opening presents and eating Christmas dinner with his cousins and Nana before we go. The presents are all wrapped, the food is ordered, we are good to go, just two and half weeks early! Then next week it is operation shop and pack for our holiday, as I still have loads to do! speaking of holiday destinations, I am taking you off to Costa Roca today for the gorgeous elopement wedding of Monique and Austin who were married on 17th August 2024 at Sueño del Mar Beachfront Hotel. The whole day was simple, elegant, relaxed and romantic, with white flowers keeping the overall look modern and understated. Monique and Austin look effortlessly cool and blissfully happy. Monique and Austin’s playful, deeply-in-love energy set the tone for an unforgettable elopement on the shores of Playa Langosta. Choosing the charming beachfront B&B as their sanctuary, they proved just how magical a simple, intimate wedding day can be.
Monique wore a flowing gown with a lace overlay and beach-kissed curls, holding a classic white bouquet. Austin looked timeless in a sandy suit with a white tie and a orchid boutonnière.

Under a breezy white-draped bamboo arch nestled between the trees, they exchanged vows and sealed their love with a sand mixing ceremony — a sweet symbol of two lives becoming one.
After a coconut toast and a barefoot dance on the sand, the couple shared a romantic dinner under the stars, surrounded by floating candles and orchids.
Their cake was a modern touch — a mini masterpiece with hand-painted orange and gray accents and fresh orchids to match the vibe.
To end the night, they jumped into the pool, clothes and all, for a joyful trash-the-dress moment that perfectly matched their carefree love.
