Today I am celebrating all that is spring time with this beautiful styled shoot. It has been brought to you by Katie Owen from Nolton Coast Weddings a new wedding venue in Pembrokeshire. The shoot took place on 3rd February 2025 and showcases a whole host of wonderful wedding suppliers in and around the area. I love the rustic ascetic of the shoot, the way the table decoration blends perfectly with the backdrop of the barn, the gorgeous flowers and the table wear. Most of all though I love the wonderful selection of dresses that the model wears, really showcasing lots of different looks that can work with this venue. Laura Mae Rees Photography worked with the team capturing all of their hard work.
We wanted to showcase our wedding barn here at Nolton Coast and couldn’t think of a better way to do it than to involve fellow creatives to help bring our vision to life. We offer ceremonies on the Pembrokeshire coast but also in our charming timber framed barn. The coastal location is the draw for most of our couples but we also offer the barn space as an alternative which we felt deserved a little more air time!
I wanted to create something that was seasonal and natural to compliment the aesthetics of the barn and the feel of our weddings. Organising the shoot coincided with the beginning of Spring which gave us some beautiful inspiration for colours and textures.
As a new venue we have been blown away by the friendliness and kindness of fellow vendors within the industry. I wanted to create an environment where we could invite suppliers to showcase their products/services in collaboration, to help promote and celebrate each other. I think we managed to achieve this and more. The feedback from everyone has been really positive and the atmosphere on the day was so warm and cheerful.
