Jess and Adam’s Tipi Wedding at Home in Wigan by Louise Barry Photography

After a very busy weekend celebrating Dexter’s 8th birthday I am now back at my desk and ready for the week ahead, starting off with this rather windy but totally gorgeous back garden wedding in Wigan. Jess and Adam were married on 31st July in Adam’s parents’ back garden in Wigan. They held an outdoor wedding that was just divine, followed by a rather lively tipi reception. The whole day was decorated beautifully and it looks like everyone at this wedding was having an absolute ball. Big thanks to Louise Barry Photography for the beautiful photos.

Louise the photographer tells us more about the day

Jess and Adam are one of the loveliest couples I have had the fortune to photograph and my do they know how to party! With around 120/150 guests in their parents back garden, they needed a huge tipi to accommodate everyone. They filled the Tipi with some gorgeous decoration and flowers, it relly did look amazing, despite it being incredibly windy.
My highlights have to be the Tuktuk that took them from house to field, Adam the hilarious groom on the phone at the alter, a bathtub full of beer, the beautiful outdoor ceremony, an absolute party during speeches, tiny bridesmaids thinking she’s drinking champagne, mother of the groom speech, so many laughs, and tears too.
What a wedding and what a party!!
