Naomi and Dillon’s ‘Modern Boho’ Neutral Palette Canadian Wedding by Focus Photography

Happy Friday everyone! Today is a definite TGIF sort of day. I have been in the house with Covid since last Sunday, that’s 13 days! Firstly, looking after Dexter and then I got Covid. Tomorrow is freedom day and I can’t blooming wait! I am off to Chatsworth on Saturday and then Sunday it’s Mothers day and I am watching Deter in a big show he is in, in Sheffield City Centre. What about you? Have you got anything wedding related planned? Today its the turn of Naomi and Dillon who held a modern wedding with a gorgeous Boho twist. They were married on 19th November 2021 at Our Lady Queen of the World Parish with the reception at Spencer’s waterfront Burlington in Ontario Canada. They wanted a neutral palette, that was almost desert like. The results are this stunning wedding with the most gorgeous flowers, minimalistic, yet dreamy and full of modern boho charm. Big thanks to Lee at Focus Photography  for the lovely photos.

The proposal
Dillon proposed to me by making a video montage of my friends and family handing him puzzle pieces. At the end of the video he built the puzzle and asked me to marry him. It was very intimate because we were alone when it happened; however, it also felt so inclusive because all our family and friends were in the video.

Theme or colour scheme
Colour scheme: Beige, champagne, light pink.

We had dried florals on the tables with a very bohemian vibe to it.  We also had small votive candles on the tables. We loved the decor it had a real boho look to it, very neutral and desert like.

We had a photobooth and a really great DJ

Advice for other couples
Hire a planner. We didn’t and it can get super overwhelming!
