‘Colourful Boho’ Bright and Beautiful Micro Wedding Inspiration

Happy Tuesday everyone and how are you all? If you are in the UK how was your Monday? Did you get up to anything exciting now that some of the lockdown restrictions have been lifted. What is the first thing you are doing. Nik, Dexter and I went for a meal yesterday evening, which was lovely, it was SO good to be out! Today I am getting my nails done, which I am super excited about, so what about you? It’s been an absolute delight getting back to some sort of normality! So on with today’s styled shoot, the shoot took place in Michigan on 28th August 2020 and it’s absolutely bursting with colour! I just love the bright and colourful elements of this shoot. The flowers, the ribbon chair decor, the table scape and of course our two gorgeous models. Big thanks to Brides & Tailor LLC who submitted it to me and to Lauren Heath Photography for the lovey photos.

Today’s boho themed style shoot is full of wonderful whimsical details that would be perfect for a unique elopement.
We wanted to combine the Bohemian Style with plenty of colors so it looks different to the traditional neutral/ brown tones used in such Boho themes. And the efforts of these Michigan Wedding Vendors didn’t disappoint!

The planner created the perfect tablescape by combining plenty of colors in addition to lovely pink cushions where the bride and groom sat on. The stationary vendor also created the invitation suites and table stationary pieces with the color pink in mind. The florist made sure to combine gorgeous shades of pink, yellow, greenery, orange and purple colors. We also had colorful streamers decorating the chairs and transforming the gorgeous Greenhouse into a Colorful space.
The bride’s dress was custom made by Brides & Tailor in Canton, Michigan. It had 2 different types of sleeves that were removable-The first one was just think off shoulder sleeves, and the second was some sort of Long Bell Sleeves made in Bohemian-themed Lace. So technically speaking, the bride had the choice of wearing her gown either strapless or with these 2 sleeves alternated!
The groom’s Tux is by Randazzo Formal Wear in MI, and it featured a gorgeous shade of Navy Blue to match the colorful theme. The bow and the shoes also complemented that elegant look!

The cake artist created a gorgeous cake with multilayers. It was also so colorful and decorated with floral work. The highlight of the shoot was also having custom hats that the bride was able to put on! They were floral hats so the colorfulness of the photos turned out to be insane!
The venue itself-the Oakley in Holly, MI is truly a beautiful gem. It has several spots were photography turned out to be breath-taking! From the Sunflower field, to the Greenhouse area and the indoor venue, it definitely offered us countless of options!
The Makeup and the hair of the bride also reflected the perfect bohemian and romantic style of the bride with the perfect up-do and beautiful makeup with pink lips!
The photography style of the photographer reflected an airy, and editorial style which is so lovely. The videographer was also able to recap all the wonderful Behind the Scenes that went on for this shoot.
With Covid-19 restrictions in almost all States, we think this lovely Styled Shoot can definitely be an idea of timeless and beautiful elopements!
