Elegant South of France Ocean View Elopement Inspiration

Elopements; something that used to be a bit of a rarity, but these days with all the Covid restrictions they are becoming BIG and very on trend. To be honest if I was planning my wedding this year with all the changes and all the different guidelines, I think I would probably have gone off and eloped by now. The thought of not having to worry about a guest list, all the family politics and just being able to please you and your partner after months of upheaval, Elopements seem more and more desirable in this current climate. So today I have this gorgeous elopement shoot for you to show you just how adorable eloping can be. The shoot took place on 14th June at Le Trayas, Le Var in France and was put together by Studio Balzac  and a small team of talented suppliers. The couple Audrey and Riccardo were celebrating their first anniversary, what a gorgeous way to celebrate their love.

Audrey and Riccardo were celebrating their first anniversary and I wanted to recreate their elopement.

Audrey and Riccardo met at a young age. They unknowingly shared a common love for travel which is subsequently how they met, on one of their many journeys.  Inspired by their adventurous spirit, their photo shoot was an elegant and charming affair with the gorgeous South of France serving as the backdrop. My main goal was to capture this true love moments at the end.

The photo shoot took place at the red stones in the well-known location of Trayas, on the French Riviera. Throughout the shoot you could hear the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks and the smell the rising ocean mist. My inspiration was the love they carry each other.  And then, photography is my passion and I’m always ready for some style shoots.
